Ingredients
1/2 c lite coconut milk
2/3 c oat milk
2 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs honey
2 tbs shredded coconut
1 c raspberries
Instructions
1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium to large sized bowl, stir well. Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 4 hours or over night. Serve with shredded coconut, fresh fruit, nuts, or granola. Enjoy!
