1 head of Cauliflower (roughly 3 cups), cut into florets
2 large eggs
1/2 c flour
1 1/2 tbs fresh ginger, grated
1 1/2 tbs honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 c Teriyaki sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
1 tbs green onions, sliced thinly
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, eggs, ginger, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined. Toss the cauliflower florets into the batter, coating the cauliflower completely.
2. Prep the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the batter coated cauliflower into the air fryer basket. Try to spread out evenly in one row. Cook for 10-15 minutes with the air fryer set at 400 degrees.
3. Remove cauliflower and toss in the teriyaki sauce. Place back into the air fryer for another 3-5 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Enjoy!
